To book
All bookings must be confirmed by email or post. Bookings are confirmed once a 25% deposit has been paid which is taken into account at the end of your stay.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel less than 30 days before the first day of your stay, we cannot refund the deposit. If you cancel less than 8 days before the first day of your stay, we require 50% of the total cost of your stay. If you cancel 72 hours before the first day of your stay or less, you will be liable to pay in full.

If you need to cut your stay short
If you need to leave before the end of your stay, you will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining amount.

Check in
We normally expect guests to check in between 5 and 7pm. If you intend to arrive earlier or later than that, please let us know. Please check out by 11h30.

Any booking requires you to accept the conditions of sale.
